The Most Expensive
- Beverly Hills ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $3,630.
- Santa Monica was the second priciest, with rent at $3,200.
- West Hollywood ranked as third, with rent at $2,940.
The Least Expensive
- San Bernardino was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,450.
- Riverside ranked as the second least expensive, with rent at $1,810.
- Long Beach was third, with rent at $1,850.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Beverly Hills had the fastest growing rent, up 22.6% since this time last year.
- Santa Clarita saw rent climb 10%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Costa Mesa was third, with rent increasing by 9.6%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Huntington Beach experienced the largest monthly growth rate, up 4.3%.
- Fullerton was second, with rent climbing 2.4%.
- Burbank ranked third, with rent increasing by 1.8% last month.
