Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA continued to rank as the most expensive city in the metro with one bedrooms priced at $3,660.
–Los Angeles, Californie was second with rent at $2,430.
–Pasadena, CA one bedroom rent was $2,250, making it third.
The Least Expensive
–Lynwood, CA was the most affordable city with rent at $1,300.
–Pomona, CA followed closely as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,330.
–Whittier, CA was third with rent at $1,360.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Los Angeles, Californie had the fastest growing rent, up 15.7% since this time last year.
–Santa Monica, CA rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 15.1%.
–Lakewood, CA was third with rent jumping 11.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lakewood & Torrance, CA tied for the city with the fastest growing rent last month, both with prices up 4.8%.
