Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA rent grew $60 last month to $3,350 and continued to rank as the priciest in the metro.
–Los Angeles, Californie moved up 2 spots to become the second most expensive with rent growing $50 to $2,300.
–Glendale, CA, similar to last month, continued to rank as third with rent at $2,290.
The Least Expensive
–Pomona, CA rent, though growing $10 to $1,300, remained the most affordable.
–Hawthorne & Bellflower, CA tied for second with prices both at $1,350.
–Whittier, CA moved up one spot to rank as third with rent at $1,400.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Anaheim, CA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.4%.
–Glendale, CA rent saw the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 14.5%.
–Lakewood, CA was third with rent growing 13.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Whittier, CA rent jumped 5.3% last month, making it the fastest growing.
–Lakewood, CA had the second fastest growing rent, up 5.1%.
–Torrance & Santa Monica, CA tied for third both with prices climbing 5% last month.
