Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA remained the priciest city in the metro with rent at $3,500.
–Glendale, CA saw rent drop $10 to $2,380 but remain the second most expensive.
–Los Angeles, Californie was third with one bedrooms priced at $2,250.
The Least Expensive
–Pomona, CA rent fell $30 to $1,310 but stayed the most affordable city.
–Lynwood, CA ranked as second with rent at $1,350.
–Baldwin Park & Bellflower, CA tied for third with rents both at $1,440.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Burbank, CA saw rent climb 12.9%, making it the fastest growing.
–Baldwin Park, CA had the second fastest growing rent, up 9.9%.
–Bellflower, CA was third with rent jumping 9.1%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Culver City, CA rent had the largest monthly growth rate, jumping 3.9%.
–Bellflower, CA followed closely behind as second with rent growing 3.6% last month.
