Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA remained the priciest city in the metro with rent at $3,410.
–Los Angeles, Californie was second with rent climbing $20 to $2,360.
–Glendale, CA followed closely behind as third with one bedrooms priced at $2,310.
The Least Expensive
–Bellflower, CA became the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $1,290.
–Lynwood & Baldwin Park, CA tied for second with prices both at $1,300.
–Pomona, CA rent was $1,360, making it third.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Glendale, CA had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.5%.
–Santa Monica, CA rent followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.2%.
–Los Angeles, Californie saw rent jump 12.4%, making it third.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Burbank, CA had the fastest growing rent last month, up 4.8%.
–Pomona, CA was second with rent up 4.6%.
