Los Angeles Metro Report: July 2018

The Zumper Los Angeles Metro Report analyzed active listings in June across 22 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The California state median was $1,764 last month.

The Most Expensive

Santa Monica, CA remained the priciest city in the metro with rent at $3,410.

Los Angeles, Californie was second with rent climbing $20 to $2,360.

Glendale, CA followed closely behind as third with one bedrooms priced at $2,310.

The Least Expensive

Bellflower, CA became the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $1,290.

Lynwood & Baldwin Park, CA tied for second with prices both at $1,300.

Pomona, CA rent was $1,360, making it third.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

Glendale, CA had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.5%.

Santa Monica, CA rent followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.2%.

Los Angeles, Californie saw rent jump 12.4%, making it third.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

Burbank, CA had the fastest growing rent last month, up 4.8%.

Pomona, CA was second with rent up 4.6%.LAJuly
