Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA continued to rank as the priciest city, though rent stayed flat at $3,500 last month.
–Glendale, CA rent grew $80 to $2,410 and moved up one spot to rank as the second most expensive in the metro, outpacing Los Angeles.
–Los Angeles, Californie moved down one spot to become third with rent dropping $20 to $2,400.
The Least Expensive
–Lynwood, CA saw rent climb $30 to $1,330 but remain the most affordable city.
–Pomona & Whittier, CA tied for the second least expensive with prices both at $1,350.
–Hawthorne, CA behind with one bedrooms priced at $1,400.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Norwalk, CA had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.4%.
–Glendale, CA rent was the second fastest growing, climbing 13.7%.
–Baldwin Park, CA followed closely behind as third with rent jumping 13.4% since this time last year.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Burbank, CA had the fastest growing rent last month, up 5%.
–Culver City, CA rent had the second largest monthly growth rate, increasing 4.9%.
