Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA remained the priciest city in the metro with rent at $3,000.
–Los Angeles, Californie continued to rank as the second most expensive city with rent at $2,410.
–Glendale, CA moved up one spot, outpacing Pasadena, to become third with rent climbing $40 to $2,280.
The Least Expensive
–Lynwood, CA rent fell $50 to $1,250 and stayed the most affordable in the metro.
–Pomona, CA was the second least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,350.
–Baldwin Park & Whittier, CA tied for third both with rents at $1,360.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Santa Monica, CA had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.6%.
–Torrance, CA saw rent climb 12% since this time last year, making it second.
–Alhambra, CA rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 10.4%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lakewood, CA rent was the fastest growing last month, climbing 5.2%.
–Alhambra, CA was second with rent growing 4.3% last month.
–Burbank, CA followed closely behind as third with rent growing 4.1%.
