Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Santa Monica, CA continued to have the most expensive rent at $3,500.
–Glendale, CA rent dropped $50 to $2,250 but remained the second priciest in the metro.
–Los Angeles, Californie was third with one bedrooms priced at $2,230.
The Least Expensive
–Bellflower, CA dropped 2 spots to become the most affordable city with rent decreasing $30 to $1,370.
–Pomona, CA moved up to be the second least expensive with rent growing $70 to $1,380.
–Whittier, CA dropped 2 spots to rank as the third most affordable with rent falling $50 to $1,400.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Lynwood, CA had the fastest growing rent, up 12% since this time last year.
–Downey, CA saw rent climb 7.7% since this time last year, making it second.
–Baldwin Park, CA was third with rent jumping 7.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Pomona, CA rent grew 5.3% last month, making it the fastest growing.
–Pasadena, CA had the second largest monthly growth rate, up 4.8%.
