The Most Expensive
- Overland Park, KS ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,270.
- Kansas City, MO was the second priciest with rent at $1,080.
- Lawrence, KS ranked as third with rent at $990.
The Least Expensive
- Warrensburg, MO was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $740.
- Independence, MO ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $900.
- Kansas City, KS was third with rent at $930.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Kansas City, KS had the fastest growing rent, up 14.8% since this time last year.
- Lawrence, KS & Independence, MO both saw rent climb 12.5%, making them tied for the second fastest growing.
- Overland Park, KS was third with rent increasing 8.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Warrensburg, MO had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.7%.
- Kansas City, KS was second with rent climbing 2.2%.
- Overland Park, KS ranked as third with rent increasing 0.8%.
