–Kansas City, MO rent remained flat last month at $950 and ranked as the second priciest city.

-Lawrence ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $710.

–Kansas City, KS and Independence were second with rent at $720.

–Independence had the fastest growing rent, up 10.8% since this time last year.

–Overland Park saw rent climb 10.2%, making it the second fastest growing.
