–Lenexa rent grew 1.0% to $980 and ranked as the second priciest city.

-Kansas City, MO was third with rent at $950.

–Independence ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $670.

–Kansas City, KS was the second least expensive with rent at $730.

-Olathe rent was $780, making it third.

–Independence had the fastest growing rent, up 15.5% since this time last year.

–Overland Park saw rent climb 13.6%, making it the second fastest growing.

-Lenexa was third with rent jumping 11.4%.
