–Overland Park rent grew 1.1% to $960 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Kansas City, MO was third with rent at $940.

–Independence ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $610.

–Grandview was second with rent at $650.

–Kansas City, KS rent stayed flat at $700 and ranked as the third least expensive.

–Overland Park saw rent climb 5.5%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Kansas City, MO was third with rent increasing 3.3%.
