The Most Expensive

–Overland Park was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $950.

–Kansas City, MO rent dropped 3.2% to $910 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Olathe was third with rent at $800.

The Least Expensive

–Independence ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $640.

–Kansas City, KS was second with rent at $700.

–Lawrence rent stayed flat at $750 and ranked as the third least expensive.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

–Overland Park had the fastest growing rent, up 5.6% since this time last year.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

–Independence had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 4.9%.

–Olathe rent increased 2.6% last month, making it second.
