The Most Expensive
–Sugar Land was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,210.
–Pearland rent grew 1.8% to $1,140 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Missouri City was third with rent priced at $1,110.
The Least Expensive
–Huntsville ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $560.
–Pasadena was second with rent at $760.
–Conroe ranked as third with rent staying flat at $970.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Galveston had the fastest growing rent, up 13.8% since this time last year.
–Pearland saw rent climb 5.6%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Missouri City was third with rent increasing 2.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Huntsville had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 5.7%.
–Pasadena rent jumped 5.6% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
–Galveston ranked as third with rent up 4.2%.
