Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Houston, Texas was the most expensive city with rent at $1,150.
–Missouri City, TX rent stayed stable last month at $1,080 and remained the second most expensive in the metro.
–Sugar Land, TX followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,070.
The Least Expensive
–Pasadena, TX was the most affordable city with rent at $700.
–Baytown, TX was slightly more expensive with one bedrooms priced at $770, making it second.
–Conroe, TX ranked as the third least expensive city at $880.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Houston, Texas rent had the largest yearly growth rate, up 15%.
–Baytown, TX had the second fastest growing rent since this time last year, climbing 10%.
–Pasadena, TX rent was up 7.7% since last year, making it the third fastest growing.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Conroe, TX had the fastest growing rent since last month, up 4.8%.
