Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Houston & Sugar Land, TX tied for the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at medians of $1,120.
–Missouri City, TX had the second priciest rent at $1,080.
–Pearland, TX followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,060.

–Pasadena, TX rent remained flat since last month and also stayed as the most affordable.
–Baytown, TX rent dropped $40 and behind Conroe this month to rank as the second least expensive in the metro.
–Conroe, TX was third with rent at $860.
Growth Rate

–Baytown, TX rent grew 13.5% since this time last year, making it the second fastest growing.
–Pasadena, TX ranked as third with rent climbing 12.9%.
