–Ann Arbor rent grew 3.9% to $1,330 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Ferndale was third with rent priced at $1,230.

–Detroit ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $670.
–Warren was second with rent at $710.
–Ypsilanti ranked as third with rent staying flat at $860.

–Royal Oak saw rent climb 10.0%, making it the second fastest growing.
