–Ann Arbor rent dropped 4.5% to $1,270 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Ferndale was third with rent priced at $1,220.

–Detroit ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $660.
–Warren was second with rent at $750.
–Ypsilanti ranked as third with rent up 1.2% to $870.

–Detroit saw rent climb 13.8%, making it the second fastest growing.
