Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Troy, MI saw rent drop $70 to $1,290 but continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Novi, MI remained second with one bedrooms priced at $1,130.
–Dearborn, MI was third with rent at $1,100.
Le moins cher
–Detroit, MI rent climbed $20 to $610 but stayed the most affordable.
–Pontiac, MI followed closely behind as second least expensive with rent at $630.
–Taylor, MI ranked as third with rent at $670.
Growth Rate

–Southfield & Warren, MI prices tied for the fastest growing, both up 15.2% since this time last year.
–Detroit, MI rent rose 15.1% since this time last year, making it the second fastest growing.
–Farmington Hills, MI had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, up 14.8%.

–Livonia, MI rent was the fastest growing last month, jumping 5.3%.
–Pontiac, MI was second with rent climbing 5%.
