–Ann Arbor was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,220.
–Ferndale rent stayed flat at $1,220 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Novi was third with rent at $1,140.

–Pontiac ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $660.
–Detroit was second with rent at $660.
–Warren ranked as third with rent up 1.3% to $760.

–Royal Oak had the fastest growing rent, up 15.6% since this time last year.
–Detroit saw rent climb 15.0%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Southfield was third with rent growing 3.3%.
