The Most Expensive

  • Castle Rock ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,870.
  • Boulder was the second priciest with rent at $1,840.
  • Denver & Westminster tied for third with rents both at $1,690.

The Least Expensive

  • Gillette, WY was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $880.
  • Laramie, WY ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $900.
  • Wheat Ridge & Thornton were tied for third with rents both at $1,300.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Lakewood had the fastest growing rent, up 6.8% since this time last year.
  • Laramie saw rent climb 5.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • Castle Rock was third with rent increasing 3.9%.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

  • Lakewood had the largest monthly growth rate, up 3.3%.
  • Westminster was second with rent climbing 0.6%.
