Denver Metro Report: November 2017

The Zumper Denver Metro Report analyzed active listings in October across 12 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents.

The Most Expensive

Broomfield, CO rent grew $20 last month to settle at $1,410 and continued to be the priciest in the metro.

Denver, Colorado climbed up one spot, outpacing Centennial, to become the second most expensive city with rent at $1,390.

Centennial, CO prices dropped 3.8% to $1,250 and also behind Denver to rank as third.

The Least Expensive

Aurora & Arvada, CO tied for the most affordable city with rents both at $1,000.

Northglenn, CO followed closely behind as second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at $1,030.

Westminster, CO ranked as third with rent at $1,090.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

Denver, Colorado had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 10.3%.

Lakewood, CO followed behind as second with prices climbing 10.1%.
