–Broomfield & Denver, Colorado tied for the most expensive city in the metro, both with rents at $1,540.
–Centennial, CO remained third with one bedrooms priced at $1,510.
–Littleton, CO dropped 3 spots, and out of the top 3 markets again, to rank as the fourth priciest city with rent falling $80 to $1,470.

–Aurora, CO continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $1,190.
–Northglenn, CO was the second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at $1,210.
–Arvada, CO ranked as third with rent staying at $1,280.
