Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Broomfield, CO held onto its position as the most expensive city with rent climbing $70 to $1,530.
–Centennial, CO also continued to hold its new ranking as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,470.
–Denver, Colorado was third with rent at $1,430.
The Least Expensive
–Arvada, CO rent grew $50 to $1,070 but stayed as the most affordable in the metro.
–Aurora, CO followed closely behind as second with rent at $1,080.
–Northglenn, CO was third with one bedrooms priced at $1,100.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Littleton, CO had the largest year over year rental growth rate, climbing 15.8%.
–Castle Rock, CO rent was the second fastest growing, up 14.5% since this time last year.
–Denver, Colorado was third with rent increasing 14.4%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Littleton, CO also had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 5.3%.
–Westminster, Aurora, & Arvada, CO all tied for second with prices growing 4.9% last month.
–Broomfield, CO ranked as third with a 4.8% growth rate.
