Cities Ranked By Rent
Most Expensive
–Broomfield, CO was the most expensive city to rent in the Denver metro area. One bedroom units were priced at a median of $1,390 this month.
–Centennial, CO, close behind Broomfield, ranked as the second priciest city to rent with a one bedroom median of $1,320.
–Denver, Colorado came in as the third most expensive city at $1,250.
Least Expensive
–Arvada, CO was the most affordable city to rent in the Denver metro area with one bedroom units priced at a median of $980.
–Aurora, CO ranked as the second least expensive city with a monthly rate of $1,020 for one bedroom units.
–Northglenn, CO, only $10 more expensive than Aurora, was the third least expensive city. The price of one bedroom units settled at a median of $1,030 this month.

Fastest Growing
–Littleton, CO topped the ranks with the fastest growing rents, up 14.3% since last year.
–Aurora, CO followed closely behind with a 13.3% yearly growth rate.
–Thornton, CO had the third fastest growing rent, climbing 12% since last year.
