Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Broomfield, CO rent, although dropping $10 this month to $1,430, remained the most expensive in the metro area.
–Parker, CO just barely inched out Centennial last month to become the second priciest city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $1,360.
–Centennial, CO ranked as third with rent at $1,350.

–Aurora & Arvada, CO tied for the most affordable city with rents at $1,000.
–Thornton, CO rent grew $50 last month but continued to be the second least expensive.
–Northglenn, CO had the third most affordable rent at $1,080.
Growth Rate

–Lakewood, CO ranked as second with rent climbing 12.2%.
