Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Denver, Colorado saw rent climb $60 to $1,600 and remain the most expensive city in the metro.
–Broomfield, CO rent jumped $70 to $1,580 but stayed the second priciest.
–Centennial, CO was third with one bedrooms priced at $1,510.
The Least Expensive
–Aurora, CO continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $1,190.
–Northglenn, CO was second with rent at $1,210.
–Lakewood, CO dropped one spot to become the third least expensive city with rent falling $70 to $1,240.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Arvada, CO had the fastest growing rent, up 13.6% since this time last year.
–Denver, Colorado saw rent climb 11.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Northglenn, CO was third with rent growing 9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Broomfield, CO had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 4.6%.
–Denver, Colorado rent jumped 3.9% last month, making it second.
