The Most Expensive
–Denver, Colorado moved up one spot to become the most expensive city with rent growing $20 to $1,530.
–Centennial, CO remained second with one bedrooms priced at $1,510.
–Broomfield, CO dropped to third with rent falling $20 to $1,500.
The Least Expensive
–Arvada, CO remained the most affordable city, though rent grew $40 to $1,120.
–Aurora, CO saw rent climb $30 to $1,200 but continue to rank as the second least expensive city.
–Northglenn, CO was third with rent at $1,210.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Castle Rock, CO had the fastest growing rent, up 14.9% since this time last year.
–Thornton, CO followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 14.8%.
–Aurora, CO rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 13.2%.
