Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Centennial & Denver, Colorado rents tied for the most expensive in the metro, both at $1,510.
–Broomfield, CO followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,490.
–Littleton, CO moved up three spots to rank as the fourth priciest city with rent growing $70 last month.
The Least Expensive
–Arvada, CO saw rent climb $60 to $1,180 but remain the most affordable in the metro.
–Aurora, CO was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,190.
–Northglenn, CO remained third with rent at $1,210.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Arvada, CO had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.7%.
–Aurora, CO followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.5%.
–Thornton, CO rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 13.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Arvada, CO also had the largest monthly growth rate as well, up 5.4%.
–Littleton, CO saw rent jump 5.1% last month, making it second.
