The Zumper Denver Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in November 2019 across 15 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Colorado one bedroom median rent was $1,278 last month.

–Boulder was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,880.

–Centennial rent grew 4.6% to $1,590 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Denver was third with rent priced at $1,520.

–Greeley ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $890.

–Aurora was second with rent at $1,100.

–Fort Collins rent grew 5.4% to $1,180, making it third.

–Arvada had the fastest growing rent, up 15.7% since this time last year.

–Westminster saw rent climb 6.8%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Centennial was third with rent growing 5.3%.

–Boulder and Loveland rents both jumped 5.0% last month, making them tied for the second fastest growing.
