Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Broomfield, CO rent, though falling $40 to $1,520, remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Centennial & Denver, Colorado were tied for the second priciest city with rents both at $1,510.
–Littleton, CO moved up 3 spots to rank as third with rent increasing $40 to $1,410.
The Least Expensive
–Arvada, CO continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $1,080.
–Aurora, CO saw rent grow $20 to $1,170 but remained the second least expensive city.
–Northglenn, CO was third with rent at $1,210.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Castle Rock, Thornton & Westminster, CO all tied for the city with the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.8%.
–Centennial, CO was second with rent climbing 15.3% since this time last year.
–Northglenn, CO followed closely behind as third with rent up 15.2%.
