Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Denver, Colorado outpaced Broomfield to become the most expensive city in the metro with rent growing $20 to $1,410.
–Broomfield, CO saw prices drop 2.1%, settling at $1,380, and one spot to rank as the second priciest city.
–Centennial, CO ranked as third with rent at $1,310.
The Least Expensive
–Northglenn, Aurora, Arvada, CO all tied as the most affordable city in the metro with rents at $1,050.
–Thornton & Westminster, CO came in second with one bedrooms priced at $1,140.
–Castle Rock, CO ranked as third with rent at $1,200.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Denver, Colorado had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.6%.
–Castle Rock, CO ranked as second with rent climbing 15.4%.
–Lakewood, CO had the third largest monthly rental growth rate, up 14.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Aurora, CO all had huge 5% monthly rental growths, the largest in the metro.
–Centennial, CO followed closely behind with rent climbing 4.8%.
–Parker, CO was third with rent up 4% last month.
