The Most Expensive
–Broomfield, CO moved up one spot to rank as the most expensive city with rent growing $10 to $1,590.
–Denver, Colorado dropped to second with one bedrooms priced at $1,580.
–Centennial, CO remained third with rent at $1,510.
The Least Expensive
–Aurora, CO continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $1,190.
–Northglenn, Lakewood, & Arvada, CO rents tied for the second least expensive, all priced at $1,210.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Arvada, CO had the fastest growing rent, up 14.2% since this time last year.
–Broomfield, CO saw rent climb 7.4%, making it second.
–Parker, CO followed closely behind as third with rent growing 6.8%.
