Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Centennial rent climbed $20, settling at $1,490, and up one spot to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Broomfield, CO fell one spot to rank as the second priciest city with rent at $1,450.
–Denver, Colorado remained third with rent at $1,400.
The Least Expensive
–Arvada & Aurora, CO rents tied for the most affordable in the metro, both with one bedrooms priced at $1,120.
–Northglenn, CO ranked as second with rent at $1,150.
–Thornton, CO rent grew $40 to $1,220 and was the third least expensive.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Denver, Colorado rent had the largest year over year growth rate, up 15.7%.
–Thornton, CO followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.1%.
–Castle Rock, CO had the third fastest growing rent, increasing 14.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Castle Rock, CO also had a large monthly rental growth rate, jumping 4.8%.
–Lakewood & Arvada, CO tied for second with rents both growing 4.7%.
–Northglenn, CO rent was the third fastest growing last month, up 4.5%.
