While rents in Oak Lawn and West Dallas were the fastest growing this quarter, both up over 13%, Northwest Dallas and Deep Ellum saw the biggest rent dips, down 9% and 8%, respectively.

Though Uptown ($1,560) continued to reign as the most expensive neighborhood to rent this winter, Oak Lawn ($1,450) moved up two spots to become second. Downtown ($1,370), Northeast Dallas ($1,300), and Design District ($1,250) were the next priciest areas. More affordable neighborhoods, priced under $1,000, could be found in Upper Greenville, North Oak Cliff, and East Dallas.
