While Uptown ($1,500), Downtown ($1,410), and Northeast Dallas ($1,300) were the most expensive neighborhoods to rent this fall, Oak Lawn, Deep Ellum, and Henderson Avenue were other notably pricy areas as well. Mid-priced rentals, around the $1,000 range, could be found in Old East Dallas, East Dallas, and West Dallas.

On the other end of the cost spectrum, South Oak Cliff, South Dallas, and South East Dallas were the most affordable areas to rent.
