Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Dallas, Texas prices, though falling $40 last month to $1,340, remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Richardson, TX rent stayed stable at $1,280 and continued to rank as the second priciest.
–Irving & Plano, TX tied for third with rents both at $1,120.
The Least Expensive
–Arlington, TX was the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $690.
–Mesquite, TX followed closely behind as second with one bedrooms priced at $700.
–Grand Prairie, TX ranked as third with rent at $740.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Garland, TX had the largest yearly rental growth rate, climbing 14.7%.
–Irving, TX ranked as second with rent up 14.3%.
–Dallas, Texas saw prices jump 10.7% since this time last year, making it the third fastest growing.
