Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Dallas, Texas rent grew $10 to $1,300 and remained the priciest in the metro.
–Richardson, TX continued to rank as the second most expensive with rent at $1,200.
–Irving, TX prices dropped $10 to $1,160 and continued to rank as the third priciest.
The Least Expensive
–Arlington, TX was the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $720.
–Mesquite, TX followed closely behind as second with rent at $760.
–Denton & Grand Prairie, TX tied for third with prices at $830.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Grand Prairie, TX had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.3%.
–Mesquite, TX saw rent climb 15.2%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Garland, TX was third with rent increasing 14.9%.
