Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Dallas, Texas rent dropped $20 to $1,280 but continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Richardson, TX was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,210.
–Irving, TX saw prices grow $40 to $1,200, ranking as the third priciest.
The Least Expensive
–Arlington, TX was the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $720.
–Mesquite, TX ranked as the second least expensive city with rent at $760.
–Grand Prairie, TX rent dropped $10 to $820 and continued to be the third most affordable.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Garland, TX had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.8%.
–Grand Prairie, TX followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.5%.
–Mesquite, TX rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, increasing 15.2%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Frisco, TX saw prices jump 4.6% last month, making it the fastest growing.
–Lewisville, TX had the second fastest growing rent last month, up 4.2%.
