The Most Expensive
- Schaumburg ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $2,050.
- Oak Park was the second priciest with rent at $2,040.
- Chicago ranked as third with rent at $1,990.
The Least Expensive
- Waukegan was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,040.
- Skokie ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,540.
- Aurora was third with rent at $1,620.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Schaumburg had the fastest growing rent, up 28.1% since this time last year.
- Aurora saw rent climb 14.1%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Naperville was third with rent increasing 7%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Aurora had the largest monthly growth rate, up 3.4%.
- Chicago was second with rent climbing 3.1%.
- Skokie ranked as third with rent increasing 2%.
