Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Charlotte, Caroline du Nord one bedroom rent dropped $20 to $1,140 but stayed the most expensive in the metro.
–Huntersville, NC was second with rent at $1,070.
–Davidson, NC saw rent grow $40 to $1,010 but remained the third priciest city.

–Gastonia, NC rent took a $20 dip to $690 and continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.
–Concord, NC was the second least expensive city with rent at $890.
–Mooresville, NC moved down one spot to become the third least expensive with rent dropping $10 to $940.
