The Most Expensive
- Huntersville ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,530.
- Charlotte was the second priciest with rent at $1,420.
- Mooresville ranked as third with rent at $1,370.
The Least Expensive
- Hickory was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,040.
- Gastonia ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,050.
- Concord was third with rent at $1,150.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Gastonia saw rent climb 5%, making it the fastest growing annually.
- Huntersville was second with rent increasing 3.4%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Mooresville had the largest monthly growth rate, up 4.6%.
- Hickory was second with rent climbing 4%.
- Rock Hill ranked as third with rent increasing 1.7% last month.
