–Huntersville rent decreased 0.9% to $1,150 and ranked as the second priciest city.

-Mooresville was third with rent priced at $1,020.

-Gastonia ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $760.

–Rock Hill was the second least expensive with rent at $960.

–Mooresville had the fastest growing rent, up 10.9% since this time last year.

–Rock Hill saw rent climb 10.3%, making it the second fastest growing.

-Gastonia rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 8.6%.
