Cities Ranked By Rent

–Charlotte, Caroline du Nord rent remained the priciest in the metro, despite falling $30 to $1,210 last month.
–Huntersville, NC ranked as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,020.
–Davidson & Cornelius, NC both moved past Matthews to become tied for third with rents at $960.

–Gastonia, NC was the least expensive city with rent at $680.
–Concord, NC rent dropped $20 to $850 but continued to rank as the second most affordable in the metro.
–Mooresville, NC was third with rent at $880.
Growth Rate
