–Huntersville, NC remained the second priciest with rent at $1,050.
–Cornelius, Davidson, & Mooresville, NC tied for third with rents all at an even $1,000.

–Gastonia, NC stayed the most affordable with rent at $690.
–Concord, NC was second with one bedrooms priced at $890.
