–Charlotte, Caroline du Nord rent dropped $10 to $1,240 but remained the priciest city.
–Huntersville, NC moved up one spot to rank as second with rent climbing $50 to $1,050.
–Cornelius, NC fell behind Huntersville to become the third most expensive city with rent at $990.

–Gastonia, NC was the most affordable city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $720.
–Concord, NC saw rent drop $10 to $870 but remained the second least expensive.
–Mooresville, NC ranked as third with rent at $930.
