–Huntersville rent ranked as the second priciest at $1,130.
-Mooresville saw rent grow 2% to $1,030 and rank as third.

–Gastonia was the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $770.
–Rock Hill rent dropped 2.1% to $950 and rank as the second least expensive.
-Concord was third with rent at an even $1,000.
