–Charlotte, Caroline du Nord remained the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,140.
–Huntersville, NC saw rent drop $20 to $1,050 but continue to rank as the second priciest city.
–Davidson, NC was third with rent at an even $1,000.

–Gastonia, NC stayed the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $690.
–Concord, NC ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $890.
–Mooresville, NC rent increased $10 to $950 but remained third.
