Cities Ranked By Rent

–Charlotte, Caroline du Nord rent remained at $1,170 and as the most expensive in the metro.
–Cornelius, NC was second with one bedrooms priced at $990.
–Huntersville, NC moved up one spot, and past Matthews, to rank as the third priciest city with rent at $910.

–Gastonia, NC rent continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro at $610.
–Concord, NC was second least expensive with rent at $770.
–Mooresville, NC ranked as third at $880.
