–Mooresville rent ranked as the second priciest at $990.
The Least Expensive
–Gastonia ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $780.
–Rock Hill was second with rent at $940.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Gastonia had the fastest growing rent, up 13.0% since this time last year.
–Rock Hill saw rent climb 11.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Gastonia had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 1.3%.
